Information we collect
When you submit a form on this site (contact, scoping request, or a landing page), we collect the name, email, company, phone number, and message you provide. Inside OpsHub, we store the account information, role assignments, and lead activity that our own team creates while using the platform.
How we use it
Form submissions are routed to our delivery team to follow up on your inquiry and are stored as lead records in OpsHub so we can track the status of the conversation. We do not sell contact information to third parties.
Data retention
Lead records are retained for as long as they're useful for an active or potential engagement, and can be deleted on request. Account data inside OpsHub is retained for the duration of a user's access to the platform.
Cookies
This site uses a single, essential HttpOnly session cookie for OpsHub authentication. It is not used for advertising or cross-site tracking, and it is only set once you log in.
Your choices
You can request a copy of the data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by reaching out through the contact page. We'll confirm any deletion request within a few business days.
