Aivora AI started in 2019 as a small team frustrated by how many AI pilots never made it to production. We're now a remote-first studio of about 120 people across 14 countries, still organized around the same idea: ship something real, measure it honestly, and improve from there.

Evaluation before opinion
We don't decide a model is good enough because a demo looked convincing. Every system we ship is measured against a written evaluation set built from real, client-specific data before it reaches a user.
Working software over long roadmaps
A six-month plan is easy to write and hard to trust. We would rather hand you something running in production in six weeks and adjust course from there than perfect a plan nobody has tested.
Honest scoping, even when it costs us the project
If a use case isn't ready for AI, or the data won't support it yet, we say so before taking your budget. We have turned down engagements we didn't believe would work, and we'd do it again.
Security and governance from the first commit
Access controls, audit logging, and data handling policies aren't a phase-two add-on in our process. They're part of the architecture sprint on day one, because retrofitting security into a live AI system is where real incidents happen.

Priya Ramanathan
Founder & CEO
Founded Aivora AI in 2019 after leading product strategy at a mid-market analytics vendor through its acquisition. Spent the two years before that building data infrastructure for a logistics startup, which is where the idea for what became OpsHub first took shape.
Marcus Webb
Chief Technology Officer
Previously led ML infrastructure at a Series C fintech, scaling a fraud-detection pipeline from a single model to a full evaluation and deployment platform. Joined Aivora AI in 2020 to build the engineering discipline behind its production AI systems.
Elena Sato
Head of Design
Spent six years designing enterprise workflow software before moving into AI product design, where she focuses on making complex model behavior legible to non-technical users. Leads Aivora AI's design system and the interface work behind OpsHub.
Diego Fontaine
Head of Delivery
Ran delivery for a boutique software consultancy for five years before joining Aivora AI, where he now owns the fixed-scope sprint model used across client engagements. Known internally for refusing to let a project start without a written success metric.
Naledi Khumalo
Head of AI Research
Completed a PhD focused on evaluation methods for language models before joining an applied research lab, where she worked on retrieval and grounding techniques. Leads the internal evaluation frameworks Aivora AI applies to every client model before launch.
Owen Bramwell
VP of Partnerships
Spent eight years in enterprise software sales, including several years managing strategic accounts for a data infrastructure provider. Now leads Aivora AI's partnerships with client organizations across financial services, healthcare, and manufacturing.
